Our client in Mt. View is looking for a part time IT Helpdesk Support Representative.
Part-Time role - 1 day/week presence in the office and being available to assist with urgent computer issues during other hours and days. About 15-25 hours/month of part-time, on-call work.
May be able to "moonlight" if already working at another job.
1. Firewall configuration ( support )
2. Network administration ( WiFi, Internet, wired )
3. VMware administration in US office
4. Prepare laptops/macbooks for new employees
5. Active Directory / Google Apps support
6. Provide support to remote workers in US
7. Assist with future office migration
8. Misc. Duties related to helpdesk or IT support
