Our client in San Mateo has a wonderful opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative (ISR) permanent position.

Responsibilities:

This is a player/coach role, with responsibilities to develop opportunities for field sales follow up and to manage the ISR (Inside Sales Representative) team.

•Meet your individual goals for driving lead conversions
•Implement best in class process and drive and support ISR team to meet overall monthly and yearly quota of SDR conversions
•Track key performance indicators with Salesforce.com
•Manage the lead follow-through process to drive activities and provide data needed by Marketing to determine ROI of events/campaigns
•Provide on-the-job training and mentoring by listening-in on calls, reviewing opportunities, and providing feedback in weekly 1 on 1s
•Strongly understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of (company’s name)
•Network with field and internal teams to help hone marketing messaging and building knowledge base with team
•Cultivate a cohesive, collaborative, and fun while kicking butt environment
•Recruit interview and on-board of new ISRs

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in ISR management
•Demonstrated successful ability to recruit, retain, and develop employees at varying career levels
•Proven track record of meeting quota and other sales metrics
•Ability to quickly understand target customer and identify buying behavior
•Action oriented, decisive, and possesses the energy, enthusiasm, and competitiveness that drives the team to success in a fast-paced environment
•Independence in problem solving, resourcefulness, and time management skills are required to overcome challenges
•Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools focused on job effectiveness and efficiency
