Title: Helpdesk Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
We seek an energetic Helpdesk Technician to join our Corporate IT team. We have a fun, collaborative environment where the Corporate IT team partner with systems engineering, network engineering, and influence operations engineering practices. This role will support our rapid growth and empower our employees and their reliance on technology by provisioning and manage company’s laptops and Corporate systems, protect our employees via security best practices and ensure the resiliency of our Corporate technology solutions. In addition, the Corporate IT team are proud to be the leader of IT Best Practices adopted throughout organization. We are a Unix shop, with Macintosh and mixed SaaS and on-premise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Puppet, and Repo.
The Helpdesk Technician will be part of the Operations team and perform first class helpdesk support in addition to laptop installations, asset management, user provisioning, patching, and support security protection configurations. This role will influence how we automate, manage and support technologies used by the internal employees, both in our offices and for remote employees.

• New hire setup, laptop installations, and user provisioning
• New hire orientation with a focus on Helpdesk
• Management of users and assets life cycles
• Management of assets configuration, inventory and setting, including Security
• General IT troubleshooting
• Assist with Corporate IT system patching and upgrades
You must have:
• 2+years experience in a helpdesk role
• Expertise in Macintosh support, inventory, security etc.
• Knowledge of UNIX systems and UNIX support
• Self-directing and collaborative work style
• Get energized from supporting and helping people
• Ability to take part in off-hours on-call rotation
Software and Technologies:
• Macintosh hardware and software
• Google Application Suite
• Slack, Okta or similar SaaS tools
• JAMF Pro
• Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk
• Zabbix Monitoring or similar
• Ubuntu Unix OS
