We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator for our client in Beaverton, Oregon.
The PM Coordinator will be responsible for:
Schedule/Plan Management: Assisting Project Manager in facilitation of project work breakdown sessions; Formulating initial project schedule; maintaining project schedule with minor oversight from project manager; Assisting Project Manager in the collection of key project metrics and health/progress indicators
Project Resource Management: assisting the Project Manager with defining project resource requirements; maintaining project resource plans
Communications Management: Supporting Project Manager to execute project communication plan (internal and external); providing status communications and project health/metrics reporting
Cost Management: Managing project cost estimates; compiles project budget data based on actual versus forecast hours for accounting purposes
Project Risk Management: Defining risk management plan, analyzing risk for criticality, probability, and impact; Developing risk mitigation strategies, assigns owner and actions
This is an excellent opportunity for a PM Coordinator with:
A bachelor's degree in Business, English or related experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of Project Management business experience
Experience in working with a formal project mngt methodology
High level of proficiency in using desktop tools for communication and analysis, including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
