Our client in Beaverton, OR is looking for a Business Analyst for the HR Operations group:
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing scope documents, eliciting business requirements, working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels in the organization.
They are also listening closely to communication ability and rapport building as the role is most successful when strong working relationships exist!
Technical experience is not a bad thing at all. But this is a non-technical role that the candidate needs to feel comfortable with filling
