Full Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for our client in Beaverton, OR.

 

This role requires 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience in fast-paced Agile Software Development environments, usage of product backlog technologies like JIRA and VersionOne, and a Servant Leader mentality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to speak to their experience leading sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, story-point estimation, understanding and influencing team velocity, identifying and removing roadblocks, and a passion for delivery.

Agile Coaching and Change Management experience is a plus.
