Full Description:

Our Portland, OR client is looking for a mid-level or senior engineer who works in Java or Scala and wants to wrangle an amazing amount of data (Petabytes Baby!) utilizing Spark and AWS services (Kinesis, etc.)

 

Requirements

Java or Scala chops

Experience or real interest in working with large amounts of data

Any experience with Spark is awesome

AWS experience please -- EC2, S3, SQS, Kinesis, CloudFormation
