You are able to distinguish good from great work and can direct teams in establishing and maintaining great design standards. We know that great products require attention to composition, color, type, rhythm, behavior and detail. We expect our digital product solutions to delight the user as well as maintain consistency with our overall brand, product viability and technical feasibility.
Communication skills
You have strong and articulate, verbal, written, and visual presentation skills. You understand the value of design and brand within a design, technology and business context. You are interpersonally skilled and are an active listener.
Our designers are also delivery focused team members who turn inspiring concepts into artifacts. You will be expected to know or learn tools that help you integrate as seamlessly as possible with your team.

Research and Usability
We expect our designers to have a deep appreciation of research and synthesis.
