Full Description:

We have an urgent opening for an Operational Systems Analyst in downtown Portland.

The Systems Analyst role is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering use cases and  includes reviewing past incidents, escalations, change requests, and problem resolution details to identify key use cases and scenarios for test and validation. The role is also responsible for gathering and documenting gaps and issues when the use cases and scenarios are executed across project and operational teams.

Identify process changes and impacts to operational procedures.
Turn operational requirements into effective test cases for total process/operational coverage.
Define and write use cases/scenarios from operational processes, procedures, and requirements documentation confirming that systems meet business objectives.

SKILLS

  • Rally or Jira

  • BMC Remedy or similar ITIL tool experience

  • MS Office Toolset with emphasis on Excel

  • ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management methodologies
