Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Senior SASE Engineer with strong experience in SASE/SSE platforms, SD-WAN, Zero Trust security, and complex enterprise networking. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple platforms, including Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, or Fortinet, and can lead migrations from traditional networks to cloud-delivered security solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Design, implement, and support SASE/SSE solutions across multiple vendors.
• Strong SD-WAN experience with routing, QoS, traffic shaping, and path selection.
• Implement Zero Trust, secure web gateways (SWG), application segmentation, and access policies.

Senior GIS Applications Developer

We are seeking an experienced GIS Applications Developer with 4+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Esri GIS solutions. This role will focus on GIS application development, system integrations, enterprise GIS infrastructure, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, spatial databases, and SQL, along with the ability to work directly with business partners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Esri GIS solutions.

• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments.

• Strong development experience with Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and GIS applications.

• Experience supporting enterprise GIS infrastructure, applications, and web services.

• Knowledge of spatial databases and SQL development.

• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex GIS application and infrastructure issues.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience using Jira and Git within a GIS software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of GIS software applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day application and system incidents to maintain service reliability and availability.

• Consume, transform, integrate, and update data between multiple systems using integration technologies and APIs.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and define application requirements and technical needs.

• Analyze requests for application changes, enhancements, and modifications and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Create and maintain technical and business documentation, including application requirements, objectives, deliverables, specifications, and system documentation.

• Write, translate, test, and maintain software programs and applications based on technical specifications and end-user requirements.

• Prepare system, application, context, and infrastructure diagrams to support development and analysis.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to application developers and other IT team members.

• Support ongoing system maintenance and help ensure established SLAs are met.

• Work with end users on systems analysis, general system design, and detailed system design.

• Train end users on new or modified applications, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities.

• Prepare status reports and communicate project or assignment progress to management and team members.

• Stay current with evolving programming languages, GIS technologies, development tools, utilities, and client/server technologies.

• Follow established IT procedures, development standards, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.

Senior Network Engineer – CMMC / NIST 800-171

Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, secure, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WiFi, data center, and cloud networking within a CMMC/NIST 800-171 regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and support Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-Access (SDA), DNA Center, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and wireless.
• Implement SGT/TrustSec segmentation and CUI boundary protection.
• Manage Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls, VPNs, Cisco ISE, and network security controls.
• Support AWS/Azure networking, including VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues and support upgrades, migrations, HA/DR, monitoring, and documentation.
• Provide network evidence and documentation for CMMC assessments, SSPs, POA&Ms, and NIST 800-171 controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI environments.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, segmentation, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting CMMC assessments and compliance documentation.

Preferred: CCNP/CCIE, CMMC CCP/CCA, PCNSE, SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, Python, Ansible, Terraform, and prior DoD/federal contractor experience.
