We have an amazing opportunity that Scrum Masters and Agile PMs will want to hear about!  One of our largest clients is looking for a talented servant leader for a 12-month contract opportunity. 
The qualified candidate will join a high performing, cross functional team to act as the primary servant leader and agile evangelist who partners with Product Ownership, Scrum Masters, and other leads to facilitate all Scrum facets/events, establish/monitor agile metrics, facilitate alignment and continuous improvement, identifies/removes risks and impediments, and drives processes to increase overall effectiveness in delivery of high quality outcomes across all teams.

 
Skills
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Principles and how they’re applied in workplace culture
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groups
  • Experience resolving issues across teams
  • Effective communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
  • Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the team’s ecosystem to help team overcome roadblocks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience supporting or leading a team
  • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
  • Familiarity or experience with other agile methodologies such as LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
  • Relevant certification in the field preferred: PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP, ASM, SCM, SSM
