Our Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer for an extendable 6-month contract position. This is a hybrid position. It is remote for now, but will be partially onsite in Sunnyvale CA post-COVID.



In this role you will help develop Client’s end-to-end Computer Vision/Machine Learning (CV/ML) Pipeline together with CI/CD for their CV/ML Product Engineering process. Your focus will be on code, versioning of datasets, models and production endpoints that will enable CV/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers and Data Scientists to collaborate, experiment, productionize and scale fast.


  • Design and architect our advanced auto CV/ML pipeline infrastructure.
  • Work on CV/ML pipeline infrastructure implementation, deliver a higher-level of usability and reliability to our end user groups, support cloud based MLOps at scale.
  • Continuous Integration/Delivery for our internal user groups’ CV/ML projects.
  • Improve and advance DataOps and MLOps infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Support the internal user groups to make the best use of our CV/ML pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in any of the MLOps, DevOps, Site Reliability areas.
  • Strong proficiency with Python.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure or other cloud providers.
  • Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
  • Understand basic ML practice and production workflows.
  • Experience with using Kubeflow/Kubernetes to build large scale production pipelines.
  • Ability to train our ML engineers/data scientists to make efficient/effective use of the pipelines

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation.
  • Some experience/understanding of large scale data pipelines is helpful.
  • Some group leadership experience is a plus.
