Improve business procedures and suggest automating tasks using new systems and tools.
Help manage the email production workflow, working with the email and marketing departments to create an email production calendar, etc.
Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
Keep up with the latest CRM and competition email trends and utilize that information to inform your future email deliverability decisions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations in a fast-paced environment; consumer e-commerce experience preferred
- 3+ years digital marketing and/social media experience
- Robust understanding and experience developing data-driven audience segmentation, outlining customer journeys and omni-channel activation
- Working knowledge of best-in-class Email Service Providers
- Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, deliverability
