Our Client is seeking an Implementation Engineer for a fully-remote, extendable 6-month Contract position. This position has potential for conversion to FTE/Direct Hire if candidate is interested.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business requirements meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, business analysts, etc. to support documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution.
  • Own the responsibility of installation, integration testing, user acceptance testing and production launch of solutions.
  • Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test results to ensure design integrity.
  • Understand language, accent, colloquial and context related needs.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with software installation, deployment and configuration on Linux and Windows based production environments.
  • AWS Cloud experience (ideally SysOps Admin level).
  • Ansible.
  • Postgres SQL and MongoDB (installation, configuration, querying).
  • Prometheus and Grafana (installation, configuration).
  • Linux /CentOS (Admin level).
  • Kubernetes (installation, configuration).
  • Docker Engine, Compose, Swarm.
  • Python and Shell scripting.
  • Redis (installation, troubleshooting).
  • Kafka & Zookeeper (installation, troubleshooting).

Desired Skills:

  • Tableau.
  • Telephony, Conversational AI, VOIP, Call Center systems and software.
  • Nuance Transcription Engines.
  • ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) Engines.
