Marketing Ops Manager
Mainz Brady Group is working with an amazing Fortune 500 cloud and data filing company. We are URGENTLY searching for an Email Marketing Operations Manager.
What You’ll Do:
You will work with the Lifecycle Marketing team, where you will be overseeing the warm-up of new sending domains and IP addresses, ensuring list suppression rules are followed, and keeping an eye on the deliverability of ongoing email campaigns and experiments.
- Keep track of where each email campaign and experiment lands in the inbox.
- Implement seed lists for email campaigns that are extremely important to improve visibility into deliverability performance.
- Document the campaign and channel performance monitoring procedure.
- Keep up with the latest CRM and competition email trends and utilize that information to inform your future email deliverability decisions.
- 2+ years’ experience administering ESP platforms for businesses, tracking deliverability metrics, and putting seed lists into place.
- knowledge of audience segmentation, list management techniques, and high deliverability strategies in detail.
- Depth knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), deliverability (eDataSource, Google Postmaster), and ongoing ESP health
- Skills with internal and outside marketing automation programs like Iterable or Braze.
