Sr. Principal Process Consultant – hybrid role (Portland, OR area)

We are seeking a Sr. Principal Process Consultant with enterprise-level experience and Airtable knowledge for a Fortune 100 company in the Greater Portland, OR area. This Process Specialist will be embedded in a global team and play a crucial role in creating and delivering on technical and business strategy, facilitating change management, leading training programs, and working closely with cross-functional groups and senior leadership.


  • Over 5+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Change Manager, Operational Excellence Specialist, Transformational Program Manager, Strategy Consultant, or similar function, within large-scale enterprise organizations, rolling out business and technical programs
  • Understanding of Airtable’s capabilities and experience using the tool within enterprise-level organizations
  • Analytical skills across process mapping and optimization, evaluating current state and setting strategy for streamlined business processes and procedures while building excellent rapport with cross-functional teams
  • Confidence and ability to advise high-level stakeholders on optimized processes, practices, and procedures for both short-term and long-term planning, then implement strategy and training for best practices across global teams
  • An excellent communicator who can work both collaboratively and autonomously in complex, fast-paced environments with exceptional professionalism
  • Ability to work within a hybrid schedule (on-site three days per week ideally) in the Greater Portland, OR area
