Our Portland-area client is looking for a Retail Concepts Program Manager to function as "chief of staff" for a fun, collaborative team. This person will be setting up and kicking off meetings, lead the team's agenda, while loosely managing budget. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that may be extended, and is only open for local candidates to Portland, OR.


  • 4+ years of experience in Program/Process Management 
  • Proficient in Smartsheet (must-have)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience in retail, marketing, or design team operations
