Service Desk Analyst – Local to Portland, OR
Our Portland, OR client is looking for a service desk professional to conduct data analysis, forecasting, scheduling and resource planning for a Global Service Desk organization.
Extensive service desk experience – analytics and reporting
Design and develop functional specifications and process/workflow documentation.
Act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT.
