Our innovative Fortune 100 retail client has an immediate need for a Support Engineer to join their Talent Acquisition Engineering team. In this position, you will conduct analysis and perform solution design and configuration for the client's global Talent Acquisition ecosystem, with a focus on Interview & Assessment Solutions.
*This is not a recruiting position, though it is focused on recruiting efforts, this role is a technical, system support related role.
- 2-3 years of engineering, configuration or administration experience with cloud based ATS / CRM / Assessment Solutions. '
- Knowledge of Recruiting / Talent Acquisition business processes in a global organization, standards, and best practices as it relates to systems and solutions.
- Ability to clarify requirements as they come in, understanding the big picture
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
