Tech Support Specialist I

Our Portland OR client is looking for an enthusiastic Tech Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing quality technical support and customer service to the organization.  You will be frequently communicating with vendors, internal teams, store users and personnel external resources.  This is a remote position.  Contract to Direct Hire opportunity.


  • 1-2 years or Tech Support experience
  • ITIL Methodologies/IT Governance
  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service
  • Azure Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Cisco
