One of our premier clients in the networking world is looking for a technical writer to join the team! Work alongside stakeholders and management to create technical content. Work almost completely remote with a world class group of engineers. Apply quick this job is HOT!

* Cloud environments, XML-based tools, with API documentation experience – Required

– Proficient with databases, MS Office, Illustrator, and/or Acrobat.
– Confluence Required.

  • Hard Copy and Online Content and Publications experience.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with technical audiences – sw engineers and managers, executives, hardware engineers, firmware engineers, etc.

  • Track-Record of having worked in a product dev environment which covers multiple technical avenues, products, and connected to technical partners and customers.

  • Multi-Tasking with the ability to switch gears as needed, work on various projects concurrently, and prioritize while meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent Written, Verbal, Reading, and Technical Communication Skills required, in English.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in Technical Writing, or related field, with minimum of 5-15 years of technical writing experience, preferably in a product development environment which covers the realm of SW. HW, and FW. (BSCS, BSEE, BSME, BS English, BS Communications, etc. – all would be considered.).


  • FrameMaker, InDesign, Google Docs, PLIGO; strongly desired

  • Working knowledge of networking equipment and components.
