Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our Entertainment client, focusing on identity and access management, enterprise platforms, and collaboration ecosystems. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in technical writing for large-scale enterprises
  • 3+ years contributing to major IT transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
  • Ability to engage with leadership, engineers, end users, and application owners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Agile methodologies
  • BA/BS Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for enterprise technology systems
  • Collaborate with leadership, engineers, end users, and application owners to gather requirements
  • Create high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and training materials
  • Engage in Agile sprint planning activities
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
