Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points
- Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design.
- Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability
- Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working on customer facing and/or internal tools
- Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Webpack
- Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres
- Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD
- Familiarity with backend development and API integration.
