Mainz Brady Group was created by two staffing professionals who believed there was a better way to recruit IT talent. Eric Brady and Richard Mainz envisioned a company that could:

Meet the Founders

Eric F. Brady, Co-Founder, CEO LinkedIn

Eric Brady brings almost two decades of staffing experience to Mainz Brady Group. Starting his career as a recruiter of IT professionals, he has worked with both international and North American staffing firms. He has a deep understanding of both operations and service delivery, having held positions that included recruiting manager, account manager, branch manager, marketing manager and regional manager. Eric’s string of performance awards, earned during his 13-year tenure with the world’s third-largest staffing firm, established a record of excellence that has yet to be topped at the firm.

He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in business marketing. Throughout his career, Eric has demonstrated his complete commitment to quality staffing and project management. While he is quick to admit that he has learned from the best IT professionals in the industry, he has also added his own unique brand of leadership to Mainz Brady Group.

Richard J. Mainz, Co-Founder, CFO LinkedIn

Richard Mainz has been involved with developing high-performance technical recruiting teams of IT professionals since 1990. Based on a record of outstanding performance as an individual contributor, senior branch manager and director of contract technical services, Richard has brought a robust set of tools to every recruiting team under his management.

Before his career in staffing, Richard developed financial and healthcare software and provided software solutions to Fortune 1000 clients in the Bay Area. This blend of technical knowledge, combined with a desire to help clients solve their mission-critical problems, has given Richard unique insight into the needs of his clients.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business information systems with a minor in computer science from San Francisco State University.
