Network Engineer II
Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Network Engineer II to support and enhance a hybrid enterprise network environment across on-prem infrastructure and Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on Cisco networking, SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation, and network observability within a secure, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, and F5 environments
Manage Azure networking including VNets, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, VPNs, and Azure Firewall
Develop automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, and Git-based workflows
Utilize monitoring and AIOps platforms including Catalyst Center, Nexus Dashboard, and Forward Networks
Serve as a tier-2 escalation point for production incidents and infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of enterprise network engineering experience
Strong Cisco networking experience including Catalyst, Nexus, SD-WAN, Firepower/FTD, and wireless
Experience with Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and network security
Experience with monitoring, observability, and AI-assisted operational tooling
