Infrastructure Lead

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize core IT systems, including network, server, telecom, and support services. This role will lead a cross-functional team, drive infrastructure strategy, and ensure reliable, secure operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee infrastructure planning, upgrades, and daily operations
Lead network, server, telecom, and help desk teams
Develop and maintain infrastructure policies and procedures
Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and procurement
Ensure performance, security, and compliance across systems
Provide leadership, mentorship, and team performance oversight

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ years managing teams
Strong technical background in network and server systems
Experience with SLAs, vendor management, and hands-on troubleshooting
Cisco, Meraki, or Palo Alto certifications are a plus

Sr. Systems Administrator

Senior Systems Administrator – 6 Month Contract – Onsite, Everett Washington

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. This onsite role involves server management, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Administer Active Directory (AD), SSO, and MFA systems.
