Commissioning Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee AV operations for live church services and events. You’ll manage a team of full-time staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth execution of audio, video, and lighting setups for services and special events. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and providing hands-on support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers for live events.
- Oversee the setup and optimization of AV systems for services and special events.
- Maintain high-quality sound for front-of-house and monitor mixing.
- Train and develop staff and volunteers in AV operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events.
- Ensure all AV equipment is properly maintained and updated.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in live AV production with experience in audio, video, and lighting.
- Leadership experience managing staff and volunteers.
- Proficient in Dante, mixing consoles, and AV troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in church production or multi-campus AV setups.
