Commissioning Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee AV operations for live church services and events. You’ll manage a team of full-time staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth execution of audio, video, and lighting setups for services and special events. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and providing hands-on support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers for live events.
• Oversee the setup and optimization of AV systems for services and special events.
• Maintain high-quality sound for front-of-house and monitor mixing.
• Train and develop staff and volunteers in AV operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events.
• Ensure all AV equipment is properly maintained and updated.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in live AV production with experience in audio, video, and lighting.
• Leadership experience managing staff and volunteers.
• Proficient in Dante, mixing consoles, and AV troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in church production or multi-campus AV setups.
