Creative Director
Our client is looking for a fulltime Creative Director onsite in Dallas.
Overview:
Lead the creative vision and execution for the brands across digital, social, print, video, and experiential channels. Guide the development of impactful campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and occasionally contribute hands-on design work.

Define and uphold brand visuals and storytelling across all platforms.

Contribute hands-on design support when needed.

Campaign Development:

Lead concepting and execution of marketing campaigns and launches.

Ensure creative aligns with business goals and resonates with audiences.

Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate needs into creative.

Manage and direct external partners like agencies, designers, and producers.

Creative Oversight:

Review and refine assets to meet brand standards and objectives.

Provide clear, constructive feedback to internal and external creatives.

Brand Stewardship:

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.

Educate teams on brand standards and execution best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (Master’s a plus).

5+ years in creative leadership roles.

Strong portfolio with consumer brand experience.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strategic thinker with hands-on design skills.
-
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
