Mainz Brady Group is looking for a Data Analyst to join our client Sales Analytics team and deliver insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You’ll analyze funnel performance, track revenue metrics, and build reporting that empowers data-driven decisions. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Sales Ops and GTM teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion, and rep productivity
- Build and maintain sales funnel dashboards (Tableau, Excel/GSheets, SQL)
- Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and related systems
- Surface actionable insights to improve conversion and efficiency
- Support forecasting and reporting for revenue-related metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales analytics, pipeline/funnel reporting, and productivity metrics
- Strong skills in SQL, Tableau, Excel/GSheets
- Salesforce reporting and data management expertise
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights for business partners
