Mainz Brady Group is currently looking for a remote contract Data Analyst. Join the Sales Analytics team as a Data Analyst supporting revenue operations through data validation, funnel performance analysis, and reporting. In this role, you’ll help forecast and track revenue metrics, enhance funnel efficiency, and close data gaps—contributing directly to business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Funnel Analysis:
Analyze lead-to-close performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities using cohort trends and historical data. Collaborate with Sales Ops and GTM to drive improvements. - Data Quality Assurance:
Reconcile data across systems (e.g., Salesforce vs. finance tools), investigate discrepancies, and maintain data integrity. - Reporting & Dashboarding:
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets. Translate business needs into scalable, automated reporting on metrics like bookings, pipeline health, and quota attainment. - Data Gap Resolution:
Identify and address missing data, metric inconsistencies, and reporting limitations. Recommend pipeline or logic enhancements to improve analytics accuracy. - Documentation & Governance:
Maintain documentation of report logic and data lineage. Champion data governance best practices across analytics processes.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Experience validating and reconciling data across systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting.
- Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent experience.
