Data Center Technician (Rack & Stack)
On-Site in Hillsboro, 6 month contract
We’re looking for a hands-on Data Center Technician with rack & stack experience to support hardware deployments in a high-performance data center environment. This role focuses on installing servers, cabling infrastructure, and supporting large-scale compute deployments.

What You’ll Do

Install rails, mount servers, and perform rack deployments

Connect and verify power, fiber, and copper network cabling

Follow rack elevation diagrams and deployment runbooks

Perform hardware moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)

Maintain asset labeling and deployment documentation
-
Support hardware troubleshooting and validation checks
Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on data center experience
-
Strong understanding of rack layouts, PDUs, and airflow management
-
Experience installing enterprise servers
-
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in rack environments

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
Nice to Have
-
Experience in large-scale or high-density data centers
-
Exposure to GPU / AI / HPC environments

Familiarity with Linux systems
