Endpoint Operations Engineer – Remote – 12-24 months contract

Mainz Brady Group is looking for an experienced Endpoint Operations Engineer to support and improve endpoint health across our enterprise environment. You’ll use SCCM/MECM, PowerShell, and endpoint analytics tools to ensure reliable software deployments, troubleshoot Windows issues, and drive operational stability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and remediate software deployments using SCCM/MECM.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, performance, and endpoint reliability issues.
  • Package and deploy software (MSI/EXE/PSADT) and perform root-cause analysis on failures.
  • Use Nexthink or similar tools to monitor endpoint performance and user experience.
  • Resolve escalated endpoint tickets and support incident response.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM experience.
  • Strong Windows OS troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
  • Experience with software packaging and enterprise deployments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
  • Nexthink or endpoint analytics experience.
  • MECM–Intune integration knowledge.
  • SQL/Power BI/SSRS reporting experience.
