Job Title: Executive IT Support Specialist
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Overview
Mainz Brady Group is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical support to the Executive Staff and Trading Floor employees. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with end-user systems, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT contact for executive-level staff, delivering high-quality support for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual machines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with IT teams or vendors.

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations while responding to urgent issues and providing on-call support as needed.

  • Document problems and solutions for both IT teams and end users.

  • Support hybrid work environments and coordinate with other IT departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting Windows workstations and hybrid environments.

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, supporting executives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications in IT.

  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, virtual desktops, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Experience with video conferencing, mobile device management, MFA, and financial applications is a plus.
