Infrastructure Manager
Infrastructure Lead
We’re seeking an Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize core IT systems, including network, server, telecom, and support services. This role will lead a cross-functional team, drive infrastructure strategy, and ensure reliable, secure operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee infrastructure planning, upgrades, and daily operations
- Lead network, server, telecom, and help desk teams
- Develop and maintain infrastructure policies and procedures
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and procurement
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance across systems
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and team performance oversight
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ years managing teams
- Strong technical background in network and server systems
- Experience with SLAs, vendor management, and hands-on troubleshooting
- Cisco, Meraki, or Palo Alto certifications are a plus
