Overview
Mainz Brady Group is currently recruiting for an IT Manager with exp with SAP. The IT Manager, Business Operations leads a team of IT Business Analysts supporting Manufacturing, Procurement, SIOP, and Engineering. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT—capturing requirements, shaping solutions, and driving operational improvements. It blends people leadership, project oversight, and hands-on systems analysis while helping the organization adopt forward-looking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Business Analysts.
- Act as the primary liaison between business functions and IT to align requirements and guide system enhancements.
- Oversee projects, release planning, and business process modeling.
- Design scalable technical solutions and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency and system reliability.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational and technological innovation.
- On-site as needed; domestic and international travel a few times per year (up to two weeks per trip).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years leading IT-driven business transformation.
- Experience managing and developing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of systems supporting Manufacturing, Procurement, SIOP, and Engineering.
- Skilled in project management, analysis, and cross-functional communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; adaptable to new technologies.
