ITSM Administrator (100% remote)

Summary:
I am seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to lead the rebuild of over 900 service requests from Remedy SRM into Digital Workplace. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with strong Remedy and Digital Workplace experience. The position is contract-to-hire and available to candidates in CA, OR, WA, or TX.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience creating Service Requests within the Digital Workplace module
  • ITSM administration experience in Remedy 23.x or newer
  • Familiarity with CMDB, SLAs, or service mapping in Remedy (nice to have)
  • ITIL certification is a plus
