Lead, Content Lifecycle Operations

Content Lifecycle Manager

We’re looking for a strategic operator to lead the transformation of content operations, tools, and workflows across creative, marketing, and digital teams. This role will help modernize how content—imagery, video, CGI, product copy—is created, managed, and delivered at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize platforms like Adobe Workfront and AEM
• Design scalable workflows, intake forms, dashboards, and reports
• Support cross-functional teams across the content lifecycle
• Ensure consistency in metadata, taxonomy, and content governance
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and creative on system integrations (DAM, PIM, CMS)
• Use analytics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in content operations or digital project management
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and AEM
• Strong understanding of enterprise content tools (DAM, PIM, CMS)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with creative tools (Figma, Frame.io, etc.)
• Experience in ecommerce or consumer products
• Knowledge of Agile workflows and tool adoption strategies
