Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Marketing Ops Specialist to manage and execute large-scale email and lifecycle marketing campaigns that support global audiences. This role will work closely with marketing, product, design, and regional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that drive engagement and support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of lifecycle email campaigns, including planning, build, QA, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Execute complex campaigns with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Support priority initiatives such as strategic campaigns, newsletters, and ad hoc marketing needs
- Partner cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Copy, Design, Product, and regional teams
- Launch A/B tests and experiments, monitor campaign performance, and share insights to improve results
- Apply segmentation and personalization strategies to reach the right audiences at the right time
- Manage timelines and dependencies across initiatives while troubleshooting campaign issues to ensure successful launches
Qualifications
- Experience executing lifecycle or CRM email marketing campaigns at scale
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign performance analysis
