Mainz Brady group is recruiting for a Paid Media Manager, driving acquisition and revenue growth through SEM and paid social. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization — helping hundreds of thousands of users reclaim time for what matters most.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Bing, and social platforms.
- Manage budgets, bids, and creative to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
- Analyze and forecast performance, running lift studies to prove incremental impact.
- Continuously A/B test copy, creative, and targeting to drive results.
- Manage GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product marketing teams.
- 7+ years in SEM and paid social for B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and scaling ROAS.
- Strong mix of analytical and creative skills.
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, and AI-driven optimization.
- Collaborative, self-starter mindset.
