Product Management Specialist – Footwear
We’re looking for a Product Management Specialist to support a leading footwear team focused on core running products. This role will partner closely with product creation, merchandising, and marketing teams to help drive footwear products from concept through launch while supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about product creation, consumer insights, and sport.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support footwear product management initiatives across multiple running product lines
- Assist with product creation processes, new model development, and in-flight product updates
- Build and present product decks and storytelling materials for internal stakeholders
- Partner with product creation, merchandising, and marketing teams to drive alignment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting key business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting product management, product creation, merchandising, or retail initiatives
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience creating executive-level product presentations using Keynote
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Footwear industry experience
- Running, athletic, or sports-related background
- Retail industry experience
- Passion for athlete insights, product innovation, and consumer trends
- Experience working within product creation or go-to-market organizations
