Product Manager – Screening & Content Review Platforms
Mainz Brady Group is looking for a Product Manager to join a team building secure, scalable, and intuitive platforms that power pre-release screenings, campaign workflows, and awards review experiences. We connect technology, operations, and creative workflows to ensure content is shared safely and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Define and communicate a clear multi-year roadmap aligned with product vision.
- Develop deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Align stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and support teams.
- Create and maintain PRDs outlining user problems, stories, and success metrics.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and innovation.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify gaps.
- Translate needs into actionable requirements and scalable solution recommendations.
- Evaluate approaches with engineering and operations for performance, security, and usability.
- Ensure alignment between business requests and user value.
- Streamline workflows and reduce manual processes with operations partners.
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture, integrations, and planning.
- Work with support teams to address user pain points and improve experience.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Prioritize features that drive measurable user and business impact.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure execution aligns with vision.
- Use data and KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Report progress, goals, and outcomes to leadership.
- Communicate tradeoffs across security, scalability, and usability.
- Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Support integrations with broader media supply chain and identity systems.
Required
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in product management or technical product ownership.
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms spanning creative, operational, and technical workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
- Experience writing product requirements and driving end-to-end delivery.
- Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with secure streaming, content delivery, or digital media platforms.
- Knowledge of content protection, authentication, and compliance.
- Familiarity with cloud media workflows and automation.
- Ability to balance strategy, technical depth, and user empathy.
- Experience with API development, code reviews, and security assessments.
- Understanding of media lifecycle delivery and video security.
