Product Manager

We are seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for the Enterprise Architecture & Developer Platforms domain. Provides foundational platforms enabling agility, fast time-to-market, and cost efficiency through composable ecosystems.

This role focuses on Service Platform, which delivers multi-cloud managed services, leveraging container and serverless technologies, and integrates with the tech ecosystem for security and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with engineering and business teams.
• Align roadmaps with business needs, ensuring integration across functional areas.
• Drive scalable, agile solutions with a focus on Kubernetes and control plane management.
• Track product adoption, performance, and value delivered, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Foster TPM maturity and career growth within the tech team.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners, including TPMs, business and domain leads, UX designers, and engineering teams. Ensure alignment with Digital Product Creation, Line Planning, Merchandising, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex software products with a strong focus on Kubernetes and control plane technologies.
• Expertise in building and scaling Kubernetes clusters and managing control plane operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Experience in software development or DevOps.
• Deep understanding of public cloud services, managed services, PaaS, and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, and platform engineering concepts.
