Product Marketing Manager (Core Products)
As a Product Marketing Manager supporting the Core product organization, you’ll be a full-stack PMM who can flex across product marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and program management needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping messaging, running structured workflows, supporting launches, and reducing execution lift for the broader PMM team.
This role spans everything from synthesizing market and customer insights to crafting role-aware messaging and coordinating cross-functional execution. It’s ideal for someone energized by variety, comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, and confident driving work forward with minimal oversight. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, high-impact Core initiatives, and an evolving set of AI-powered product experiences.
Responsibilities

Support GTM planning and execution for Core initiatives, including terms updates, onboarding and lifecycle improvements, AI-powered features, and reliability-focused enhancements.

Drive programmatic PMM workflows by building briefs, aligning partners, shaping narratives, tracking timelines, and managing approvals.

Write clear, concise messaging for web, email, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product prompts tailored by role and context.

Lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Design, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, PR/Comms, and Support teams.

Create lightweight research summaries, competitive snapshots, and customer insight distillations to inform decisions.

Produce core PMM deliverables such as value proposition frameworks, FAQs, battlecards, launch plans, internal updates, and executive summaries.

Ensure consistent execution across channels and teams, including QA for launches and messaging implementation.

Step into emerging priorities quickly—whether supporting a content migration, drafting internal communications, or shaping an early GTM narrative.
Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role within SaaS or workflow-based products.

Proven ability to run programs end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Strong written communication skills, especially simplifying technical concepts.

Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Ability to create structure, drive clarity, and manage timelines in ambiguous environments.

Comfortable working across multiple surfaces (web, in-product, email) and adapting messaging by channel.

Demonstrated experience translating customer insights into messaging or GTM recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with collaboration tools, productivity software, media workflows, or AI-enabled products.

Familiarity with onboarding, lifecycle, or retention programs.

Comfort conducting lightweight research and competitive analysis.

Experience supporting cross-functional launches across multiple channels.
