Project Manager

Project Manager, Laboratory Information System Implementation – Hybrid, Portland Oregon – 12 Month Contract – W2 ONLY

Summary:

We are partnered with a Portland local non-profit health system who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two interconnected efforts to transition a Laboratory Information System (LIS) to Epic Beaker and a third-party application for Blood Bank services. These projects are entering the initiation phase and require full life-cycle management, including governance, documentation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing lab information systems and/or Epic implementations.
• Expertise in end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working across clinical, IS, vendor, and community teams.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Labcorp or similar organizations.
• Familiarity with governance structures in healthcare projects.
