Report Analyst

The Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement function supports business-wide sourcing and procurement needs through strategic category management and data-driven insights. The team partners closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver reporting and analytics that drive smarter operational and financial decisions.

We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This is a 6-month contract role.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the full reporting lifecycle—from data modeling to visualization—and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decision-making
• Build and optimize semantic models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns
• Develop and maintain advanced DAX expressions (e.g., time intelligence, conditional logic, custom aggregations)
• Connect Power BI to Snowflake and collaborate with data teams to ensure efficient, reliable data access
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability through testing and continuous improvement
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
• Follow governance and security best practices for data access, sharing, and certification within Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Reporting, or Business Analytics
• Strong experience building dashboards in Power BI (intermediate+ level required)
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
• Experience owning the full reporting lifecycle from data modeling through visualization (preferred)
• Familiarity with DAX expressions (nice to have)
