Senior Technical Project Manager — Advanced Manufacturing

Leads value-add, high-impact projects aligned to strategic workstreams using best-in-class project management practices and tools. Also supports day-to-day operations of engineering squads at a single location.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Technical or Project Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field

    • OR 7+ additional years of closely related experience in lieu of a degree

  • 10+ years leading project teams in high-volume manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments

  • Comfortable partnering across all levels: managers, engineers, operators, quality, line supervisors, and maintenance

  • Strong executive-level communication; able to synthesize detailed tasks into clear status, outcomes, and risks

  • Expertise with Jira/Confluence and Smartsheet

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams

  • Program/Project Management credentials (PMP preferred)

Stakeholders

  • Member of the Technical Project Management team leading cross-functional projects spanning multiple sites

  • Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, EHS, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality Engineering, Materials Engineering, Design, Automation/Controls Engineering, and external partners

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives

  • Contribute to functional excellence, playbooks, and process development

  • Foster effective teamwork and champion change management

  • Communicate vision, drive clarity, and maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders

  • Support squad operations (facilitate planning, stakeholder comms, maintain sources of record)

  • Apply core PM skills: schedule, resources, issues/risks, dependencies, and meeting facilitation

  • Drive cohesive collaboration across internal and external program teams

  • Use structured, data-driven problem solving; interpret statistical data to inform decisions

  • Develop and communicate project plans using industry-standard practices and tools

  • Optimize processes to meet delivery commitments and partner expectations

  • Provide proactive, transparent status reporting with emphasis on alignment to objectives and KPIs
