Social Media Content Producer (REMOTE)

We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Social Media Content Producer to develop, film, edit, and design engaging content for various social media platforms. This role is hands-on and execution-focused—ideal for someone who understands how to turn social trends into compelling video, motion, and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners, following clear direction to bring concepts to life in a timely and impactful way across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit short-form videos—often featuring yourself—for social platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn).

  • Design scroll-stopping visuals (static graphics, motion graphics, etc.) to support brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute content ideas, bringing creative concepts to life in a way that resonates with target audiences.

  • Post and manage daily content across relevant platforms, ensuring everything is properly formatted and aligned with platform best practices.

  • Contribute to brainstorms and help shape a content calendar with a social-first perspective.

  • Stay informed on current trends, cultural moments, and emerging features to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

  • Follow clear creative direction and collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality content.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience creating social-first content, including both video and design.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera and filming yourself for engaging short-form videos.

  • Proficient with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.

  • Strong graphic design skills with experience using Figma.

  • Solid writing ability and understanding of how copy and visuals work together on social media.

  • Experience publishing and managing content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other key platforms.

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and content formats.

  • Familiarity with AirTable is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first or hybrid work environment.
