Solution Architect – Rosemead, CA – Hybrid 3 days in office

Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Solution Architect to design and implement integrated technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define problems, developing work plans, and evaluating new technologies. Responsibilities include overseeing solution delivery, guiding development teams, and incorporating best practices in architecture, security, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review system architectures based on business needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
  • Supervise development teams and ensure successful implementation.
  • Continuously research and improve solution architecture.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, solution design, and architecture.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of multi-tier architectures, databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, and SaaS products.
    • Experience with Mulesoft, IBM MQ, and batch systems.
    • Familiarity with security concepts, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
