Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise-wide IT systems in a 24x7x365 environment. This role involves managing networks, servers, and security infrastructure, mentoring Tier 1 and 2 staff, and ensuring high availability and performance across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Cisco network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewalls (Fortinet a plus)
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, and Azure/SharePoint
- Support virtualization (Hyper-V) and Nutanix hyperconverged systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
- Mentor junior IT staff
- 3–5 years of relevant IT experience
- Valid California driver’s license
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent experience
- Preferred: CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft/Azure certs, CISSP knowledge
