REMOTE Senior Power BI Developer
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Power BI Developer to design and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, drive data-led decision-making, and help build a data-informed culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Communication

• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights.

• Present findings in clear business terms to non-technical audiences.

• Promote data literacy and advocate for analytics best practices.

Power BI & Power Apps Development

• Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards, reports, and scorecards in Power BI.

• Automate workflows and enhance operations using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Connect and integrate data sources across platforms, including AWS.

Data Modeling & Analytics

• Prepare, cleanse, and model data from a variety of sources.

• Use DAX, M Language, and SQL to perform in-depth analysis and ensure data quality.

• Implement governance policies and optimize pipelines for scale and performance.

Documentation & Support

• Maintain technical documentation, including data definitions, model structures, and usage guides.

• Support teams with data access, interpretation, and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, data modeling, and BI architecture.

• Strong command of DAX, M Language, and Power BI visualization best practices.

• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure Synapse, and data lake environments.

• Understanding of agile development workflows is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
