Senior Citrix Engineer

We’re looking for a highly experienced Citrix Engineer (5–10 years) to lead administration, optimization, and reliability across a complex on-prem Citrix environment. This role is hands-on, operationally focused, and critical to ensuring maximum platform availability and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain Citrix farms (NetScaler, StoreFront, Delivery Controller)

• Configure and optimize persistent desktops & streaming applications

• Install, upgrade, and tune Windows Server environments

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues

• Drive system improvements and ensure high availability

• Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Experience

• Strong on-prem Citrix experience (NetScaler, StoreFront, Delivery Controller)

• Experience configuring Citrix persistent desktops

• Experience configuring Citrix streaming apps

• 5–10 years of senior-level Citrix administration
