About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Investment Technology team. This role focuses on building high-impact Tableau dashboards and delivering data-driven insights for front office investment teams. You will work with diverse data sources to create scalable analytics solutions that support investment decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards for investment teams (equities, fixed income, trading)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data visualizations
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, cloud platforms, APIs) into unified models
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting
- Support cloud data initiatives, including Snowflake integration and data modeling
- Document data definitions, processes, and dashboard usage standards
- Deliver scalable Tableau dashboards for front office use
- Establish documentation and data governance standards
- Support modernization efforts (cloud migration, AI-enabled analytics)
- Partner on evaluating AI-driven BI capabilities
- 5+ years of Tableau (Desktop & Server) experience
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience building dashboards for front office or investment teams
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with Tableau Prep, Python, or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
