The team will focus on strengthening end-to-end integration across numerous business processes, utilizing a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system along with advanced technology solutions to support an enhanced retail experience.

Position: SEC Sr. Functional Tech Expert

As a member of an 8-10 person capability team, you will employ SAFE Agile principles to meet sprint commitments. You will support the Technical Capability Lead in delivering future state technology solutions. A strong technology leader with extensive experience in agile environments, your focus will be on creating, delivering, and supporting high-quality solutions for customers with efficient turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for future state technical solution design.
  • Collaborate directly with business users to understand their needs and inform overall design.
  • Document and provide subject matter expertise for enabling data and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Business Capability Process Experts to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Engage in future state business process design.
  • Understand and align with technical strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate, design, and deliver solutions.
  • Validate and recommend acceptance of business process design and requirements.
  • Perform integration configuration and development.
  • Define and document hand-offs to operations/production support.
  • Provide quality management testing support for configuration changes and custom enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards.
  • Manage the backlog during PI to deliver value in 2-week Agile sprints.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of digital applications, systems, and master data.
  • Knowledge of system integration technologies (e.g., Fusion, Informatica, AWS).
  • Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital business drivers and processes.
  • Experience implementing, integrating, or maintaining large-scale ERP applications, particularly in retail or fashion.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., VersionOne).
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP).
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
  • Flexible, accountable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing ambiguity while pursuing personal growth.
  • Strong coordination skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams and communicate effectively through virtual tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
